Jesus Foretold That The World Would Hate And Persecute Us As Christians

John 15:17-23, “These things I command you, that ye love one another. If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you. Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also. But all these things will they do unto you for my name's sake, because they know not him that sent me. If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now they have no cloke for their sin. He that hateth me hateth my Father also.”

Jesus told us that the world cannot really hate us; but rather, they hate Him. The reason why is because Jesus testifies against the world, exposing their evil works. Where did Jesus testify against the world's sins? Remember that Jesus' name is called: 'THE WORD OF GOD' (Revelation 19:13). John 1:1-3 and 14 tells us that Jesus is the Word of God incarnate (i.e., in the flesh). John 7:6-7, “Then Jesus said unto them, My time is not yet come: but your time is alway ready. The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of it, that the works thereof are evil.” Jesus is the Living Word; the Holy Bible is the Written Word.

We read in Psalms 138:1-2, “I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee. I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.” This is one of my favorite Bible passages because it reinforces the integrity of God. The old adage is true: A man is only as good as his word. If a man's breaks his promises then he is not trustworthy as a man. If a man is unwilling to forgive others then his name is tarnished and his character flawed. That is why to an honorable man his word means everything.

That is why to God His Word means everything! That is why we read in Proverbs 30:5-6, “Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.” God is a stickler about exactness in His Words. God said what He meant and He meant what He said in the Bible (John 14:2). Jesus said in Matthew 4:4 and Luke 4:4 (which He quoted from Deuteronomy 8:3) that we need “every word of God” to live by. That is why I make a big fuss over which Bible we use, because right doctrine matters. 

Sadly, my worst enemies in life have been religious people. It was religious people who talked my former wife into cutting my throat and divorcing me. It was religious people who continue to condemn, shun, and ostracize me from attending church because I am divorced. Pastor Jeff Redlin will not allow me to attend Campus Church at Pensacola Christian College (PCC). He despises me for being divorced and hoping to remarry, which I confided to him in July of 2021. I pray and wish that Jeff Redlin's wife would abandon and divorce him, and then some hypocritical pastor crap on him and forbid him from coming to church, so he can feel how rejection hurts. That ungodly hypocrite gets paid a 6-digit underserved salary, but he knows absolutely nothing of the love of God. Shame on the PCC camp for their woeful lack of love for individual people!

I can walk into any bar or casino in Pensacola, but I am prohibited from attending PCC's Campus Church. Isn't that tragic? That is how far from God today's religious hypocrites have strayed. No wonder the country is going to ruin! No wonder church attendance is at an all time low. Campus Church is full of PCC students who have to be there, members of the cult. God's condemnation is upon the cult at PCC for preaching another gospel of Lordship Salvation. As I said, my harshest rejection, criticisms and enemies have been pastors and religious people. They will answer to God for the evils which they have done (Ecclesiastes 12:14). I am at the place where I don't trust pastors any more, and neither should you. They are mostly evil nowadays. Most pastors are false prophets, greedy, abusive, arrogant and bullies.

Jesus foretold us that pastors would become lying fools. 2nd Timothy 4:2-4, “Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.” I have only met a small handful of pastors in my life whom I would truly consider men of God. Pastor Jack Hyles (1926-2001) was one of them, who genuinely loved and cared about sinners.

It is now open season on Christians in the United States. Statistics show that persecution against Christians is growing. Persecution is on the rise worldwide against Christians. As the ungodly woke crowd weasel their way into government offices and positions of power in the courts, education, industry and law enforcement, we are going to see much more hospitality against God-fearing saints. The government FAA’s diversity push includes a focus on hiring people with ‘severe intellectual’ and ‘psychiatric’ disabilities. I cringe to think what this means for the future safety of airplanes. The airline companies should be hiring the people who are skilled and most qualified to do the jobs, regardless of their sex, gender or age; and not hire people just to appease some wacky woke agenda.

The Bible says in 2nd Timothy 3:12 that you WILL be persecuted for your faith if you are living godly in Christ Jesus. 2nd Timothy 3:12, “Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.” Now if you hide your light under a bushel like Lot did in Sodom in the Old Testament, then you won't be persecuted; but if you live a life of obedience to God, letting your light shine for Jesus, then you will be mocked, persecuted, prosecuted and maybe even martyred by the heathen world.

I used to work as a truck mechanic for a few years while attending Hyles-Anderson College. I went to school by day and worked afternoons. I got off work 30 minutes after midnight. I had to be up again at 6 am to drive 40 mils from Chicago to Crownpoint, Indiana to go to Bible college. I endured and did that schedule for eight years to earn my degree in Pastoral Theology.

What Do I Think About Israel And Hamas Today?

Regarding Israel, I think what they are doing to the Palestinians is evil. Israel's wicked president Benjamin Netanyahu in October 2023 referred to the 2,400,000 Palestinian people in Gaza as "human animals." Netanyahu is an unsaved hellbound monster. Israel's thug soldiers have so far murdered over 23,000 innocent poor Palestinian people living in Gaza.

It utterly disgusts me that so many Baptist churches today blindly support Israel, no matter how many innocent people they genocide. I DO NOT SUPPORT ISRAEL! I support Palestine in this conflict, because they are the true victims. The present-day manmade state of Israel since 1948 have successfully prevented the Palestinian people from forming their own sovereign state in Palestine. They just want their own nation and government, not to continually be occupied as livestock by Israel. The Palestinian people have been surviving in a cruel tyrannical police state since 1948. Since 1948 over 100,000 Palestinians have been ruthlessly murdered by the Jews in Israel.

Last month when three men surrendered, waving white flags, Israeli soldiers shot them dead in cold blood. Those ungodly murderous soldiers enraged with hate through the three men were Palestinians. In fact, they were Jews! That is poetic justice! I am not glad that those three men died, I am glad that while those wicked Jewish soldiers thought they were murdering Arabs, they turned out to be their own Jewish people! Shame on them for murdering innocent men who were surrendering!

I think as Christians that our proper attitude is that BOTH Jews and Arabs need Jesus Christ. Sadly, only 1.9% of Jews in Israel profess faith in Christ. In Palestine only about 1% of Arabs profess faith in Christ. The whole region is Christless. I am 100% against religious Zionism which idolizes the future Kingdom of Israel, instead of emphasizing preaching the Gospel of God's Kingdom. Present-day Israel is manmade. It is not the fulfillment of Bible prophecy. I fully agree with Pastor J. Vernon McGee (1904-1988) that Israel is NOT the fulfillment of Bible prophecy today, and is no different than any other heathen nation.

I love the Jewish people and am not anti Semite, God forbid. But I am anti-corruption and I am against genocide. The United States is a proxy (whore) of Israel. Jews do control our government, media, Hollywood and politics in this country. President Joe Biden is a nobody; he's just a puppet on a string who does the evil bidding of his Luciferian masters. Literally, Biden keeps telling Israel to aim better. What a sad joke! Israel has launched thousands of deadly missiles into Gaza, murdering tens of thousands (70% of which have been women and children). If he could, Netanyahu would slaughter all 2,400,000 Palestinians in Gaza! Joe Biden has done nothing to stop the genocide, nor will he do anything as it continues, because Israel controls the USA.

The world will continue to sit back idle as the genocide continues. I wouldn't be surprused if the death toll tops 100,000 before this is all over. There are an estimated 20,000 members of Hamas! At least 16,000 of the dead in Gaza are women and children. How is that eliminating Hamas? Benjamin Netanyahu is a bloodthirsty war criminal, a ruthless killer! He hates God, hates Jesus, hates Christianity, and will murder as many Palestinians as he possibly can.

What saith the Scripture? Revelation 17:18, "And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth." The Bible says that Jerusalem (that "great city" where the Lord was crucified - Revelation 11:8, "And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified") reigns (or, rules) over the kings (nations) of the earth. And by extension, the Luciferian elite control their manmade state of Israel. It was the sinister Rothschild family who put Israel back on the map in 1948, by using the U.S. and British military to drive out 750,000 Palestinians to steal their homes and possessions from them, giving it all to Jewish immigrants.

Biblically we know that true Israel has not existed since 586 BC, when God gave the Jews into the hands of Babylon as judgment for 70 years. According to Hosea 4:5-6 Israel will not exist again as a nation until the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. This event is depicted in Nebuchadnezzar's dream which the prophet Daniel interpreted by the hand of God. In the dream, the image is made of various metals (Babylon being the head of gold, the most expensive; down to the inexpensive feet and toes of clay mixed with iron, which signifies Communist tyranny mixed with Democracy in the end times). At the end of the dream, a stone (Jesus) cut from the mountain without hands, smashes and destroys the Gentile kingdoms of this world. This symbolizes the time when Jesus Himself will conquer all nations and the Man of Sin (in the Battle of Armageddon), and establish His Kingdom.

Jesus will reign with a rod of iron over the entire earth from the city of Jerusalem for 1,000 years. All saints who were raptured before the Tribulation period will already have their glorified immortal bodies. But all of the saints (people saved during the 7-year Tribulation) who survived the Tribulation will go into the Millennium with their earthly mortal bodies. We will help Christ rule for 1,000 years (Revelation 20:6). I humbly believe that the saints martyred or killed during the Tribulation will be resurrected at Jesus' Second Coming, given their glorified immortal body. Those who are mortal and die during the Millennium will be resurrected at the end of the 1,000 years. I digress.

So, that is a longer answer to your question than you asked, but I think you will appreciate the information. Bible prophecy is fascinating. The Bible contains 31% prophecy; the Muslim Koran contains none.

I do not support Israel today, and I frown on churches that do. I don't like what is called "dispensationalism." Pastor Harry Ironside (1876-1951) said it is an overlay over the Scriptures that allegedly is supposed to help the Bible student understand the Word of God. However, I think dispensationalism is more than a mere overlay, it is doctrine, because it affects how a student views the Scriptures. Cyrus I. Scofield (1843-1921) popularized dispensational teaching, which I reject because it is not found in the Holy Bible. I go along reluctantly when Pastor Max Younce teaches dispensationalism, because he doesn't take it too far, too idolize the Jews. Religious Zionism has its roots in dispensational heresy, emphasizing Israel.

Dispensationalism was used to truck the churches into going along with the slaughter of the Palestinian people in World War II, to invade and steal their homes and give the land to Jews instead. I like to illustrate what happened by using Abraham and Sarah. God promised them a son, but they became impatient. So Sarah contrived a sinful plot for Abraham her husband to impregnate their servant girl, Hagar. I'm sure Abraham had fun too! When Abraham presented the child, Ishmael to God for blessing, God rejected him. God told Abraham that He would bless Ishmael, but he is NOT the son of promise. Abraham and Sarah sinfully took matters into their own hands, instead of waiting for God to keep His promises.

Likewise, the Luciferians took matters into their own hands, rebirthing the manmade nation of Israel. Now they want the churches to recognize and bless Israel, but it is an illegitimate child. God promises to restore Israel when the Jews repent TOWARD GOD (Hosea 3:4-5). Several million Jews have returned to the Promised Land, but they have not yet returned to God. So Israel today is a fraud, a cheap imitation of true Israel, which won't exist again until Jesus comes back after the Tribulation.

I hope that all makes sense. We know that our great and omnipotent, omnipresent and omniscient wonderful God reigns over the nations of the earth. Psalms 47:8, "God reigneth over the heathen: God sitteth upon the throne of his holiness." I am not a pacifist. Sometimes going to war is inevitable, but what Israel is doing to the Palestinians is ungodly vengeance and genocide, not justice or righteousness. Just because a criminal murders your brother, doesn't give you the right to exterminate his entire family. That is exact what Israel is doing right now, murdering a bunch of innocent poor people in retaliation for what a rogue gang of thugs (Hamas) did to them. Sadly, the United States has been 100% complicit in the genocide, which makes me ashamed to be called an American.

At The Rapture The Saints Are Going UP, At The Second Coming The Saints Are Coming DOWN

There are two main Bible passages about the Rapture of the saints: 1st Corinthians 15:51-58 and 1st Thessalonians 4:13-18. Granted, the actual word “Rapture” is not found in the Holy Bible, but neither is the word “Bible” found in the Bible. I always like to capitalize the word “Rapture” since it describes a proper future event.

There has been much debate in the churches for centuries over the matter of the Rapture. Some people claim that it was invented by rogue theologians in the late 19th century. Others claim that the early church fathers made references to the Rapture in the early centuries after Christ's earthly ministry. But regardless, what matters today is what we read in the inspired Holy Bible today. I am not concerned about what Christians believed 1,000 years ago. The $64,000 question today is: Does the Word of God teach the Rapture? I humbly think it does.

We read in 1st Thessalonians 4:17-18, “Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.” Those words “caught up” sure sounds like a Rapture to me! Call it what you will, the Bible teaches that someday in the future all believers who are alive will be “caught up” together with other saints in the clouds, to meet Jesus in the air. Verse 16 says that the dead in Christ (i.e., believers who have already died) will be caught up first.

We learn in 1st Corinthians 15:51-58 that both dead and living saints will have their mortal, diseased, old, decayed and even dead body transformed, changed in less than one second, into an immortal body that will never get sick, nor grow old, will not become weary nor ever die. What a glorious day that will be! If you believe the Bible, then you must concede that there will come a day when every believer will receive a new glorified immortal body fashioned like unto the Lord's resurrected body. Philippians 3:20-21, For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.”

I try to be honest in my Bible study and teaching. There are many dishonest Bible students, like Marty Herron who is vice president of Faith Baptist Bible College And Theological Seminary (preacher's cemetery) in Ankeny, Iowa. Mr. Herron preaches demonic hardcore Lordship Salvation and wickedly endorses Gospel pervert Pastor John MacArthur. On their college website, Herron teaches that 2nd Thessalonians 2:3-4 is about the Rapture, “Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.” According to Faith Baptist Bible College And Theological Seminary, the phrase “falling away” is definitely the Rapture. May I kindly say that they are poor Bible students! There is nothing in this passage, nor any other Scripture passage, that indicates that this is the Rapture. At best all one can do is guess and grasp for straws in a desperate attempt to justify one's suggested interpretation.

Another popular Scripture that is abused by bad Bible students, who claim that this is definitely about the Rapture, is Revelation 4:1, “After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.” Shame on any Bible teacher or preacher who claims that this is the Rapture in Revelation 4:1. The phrase “Come up hither” was for the Apostle John alone, no one else.

I refuse to butcher the Bible and grasp for ridiculous straws to justify an agenda. Like I said, I only see two Bible passages about the Rapture of the saints: 1st Corinthians 15:51-58 and 1st Thessalonians 4:13-18. But those two passages are enough to confirm that there will be a Rapture.

The Time Of The Rapture Is Hotly Debated

As far as the timing of the Rapture, that is a whole different matter. I personally believe there will be a Pretribulation Rapture. That is, I think it will happen before the 7-year Tribulation period begins. The prophet Daniel spoke of there being 70 Weeks of prophecy. The last week is the Tribulation period, which will last for 7-years. We can calculate 7-years from knowing that there will be 1,260 days from the midst (middle) of this 70th week until the end. This is 3 1/2 years. So if there are 3 1/2 years at the end, then there must also be 3 1/2 years at the beginning (Daniel 9:27, 12:11-12).

If you'd rather believe in a Prewrath or Postribulation Rapture, then good for you, I won't judge you. Pastor Steven Anderson is the biggest promoter today of a Prewrath Rapture theory. I humbly think Pastor Anderson and his New IFB movement since 2006 are wrong. Albeit, the timing of the Rapture is not a fundamental doctrine of the Christian faith which would affect getting born again. Granted, many preachers and layman today do consider Christ's pretribulation return a fundamental teaching of the Christian faith, but it does not affect getting saved.

I admit that the Bible does not say anything about the timing of the Rapture. We can only deduce the timing from comparing Scripture with Scripture. It makes no sense to me that the saints will be caught UP, at the same time we will be coming DOWN to earth with Jesus. I used to use passages of Scripture from the four gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke and John) in an attempt to justify a Pretribulation Rapture, but I stopped doing that because the doctrine of the Rapture was “a mystery” until the Apostle Paul revealed it in 1st Corinthians 15:51.

We Should Be Looking For Jesus, Not The Man of Sin

One of my biggest reasons for believing in a Pretribulation Rapture is that Jesus must appear before the Antichrist does. The Bible says in Titus 2:13-14 that all believers should be “Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.” If the New IFB are correct that Jesus cannot return at the Rapture until first the Man of Sin (Antichrist) appears upon the earth, then it would makes absolutely no sense for the Scripture to tell us to look for Jesus Christ.

Even so, come, Lord Jesus!

Israel Shall Be Trodden Down By The Gentiles

Luke 21:24, “And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.”

The inspired Holy Bible says that Israel will be trodden down by the Gentile world until Jesus Christ returns at His Second Coming. Present-day Israel has no promise of divine protection from God. Israel could be nuked off the map tomorrow and it would fall within Bible prophecy.

True Israel hasn't existed since 586 BC when God gave them into the hands of the Babylonians. The Jews who weren't killed in a series of three successive military invasions were taken captive into Babylon as slaves for 70 years. Present-day manmade Israel is NOT the fulfillment of Bible prophecy. Pastor J. Vernon McGee agrees with this truth. Here is an accurate, biblical, gentlemanly and excellent statement from Pastor J. Vernon McGee (1904-1988) concerning why present-day Israel is NOT the fulfillment of Bible prophecy:

“Israel is just like any other nation. Some think they're a little brutal, but my friend, they're on the defense over there, you can be sure of that. And they have to exercise a strong defense system. They're not backing that land in fulfillment of prophecy. They have returned to the land, but they have not yet returned to the Lord. When they return to the Lord there will be blessing. They have not yet done that!

...they went out in 70 A.D. And they actually have never returned to the land according to the Word of God. Now hear me very carefully because this is very important to see. They have returned to the land today, and it's remarkable what has happened over there, but it's not the fulfillment of prophecy, because the prophecy says when they return they'll return TO GOD!”

In his “THRU-THE-BIBLE” commentary for Hosea 3:5, Dr. McGee stresses the truth that there are more Arab Christians in Israel today than there are Jewish Christians. Upon a return trip to visit Israel, Pastor McGee makes the startling comment, “Over there there's no turning to God, at all!” While visiting he saw a big motto in Israel which read: “SCIENCE WILL BRING PEACE TO THIS LAND.” Israel is a Godless nation today! Dr. McGee cites a credible source as saying that there are less than 300 Israelites that are real believers in Israel today! The Russian Catholic Church owns much land in Israel today, as do Greek Orthodox and Muslims. Dr. McGee rightly states, “We're a nation of Biblical ignoramuses! We do not know the Word of God today in this land” (Pastor J. Vernon McGee, THRU-THE-BIBLE, commentary from Hosea 4:1-2).

Hosea 3:5 evidences the fact that Israel's present return to the land is not the fulfillment of Biblical prophecy today. When Jesus Christ returns at the Second Coming, and true Israel is returned to the Promised Land, Hosea 3:5 says they will SEEK AND FEAR THE LORD THEIR GOD! The sad truth is that Israel will continue to brutally murder thousands more poor people in Palestine with impunity. Since America is a proxy of Israel (they control us), the U.S.A. won't interfere with the genocide. President Joe Biden's lame rhetoric for Israel to aim more precisely with their missiles is merely intended to satisfy the opposition who are angry about the ongoing murders in Gaza, but Biden has no power to do anything to stop the killing. Biden is a puppet on a string. Americans are Israel's whore.

The American media presstitutes are worthless lemmings of a corrupt Satanic system. If that hateful monster Benjamin Netanyahu could get away with it, he'd zealously exterminate all 2,400,000 Arabs in Gaza. I'm sure the death toll will skyrocket much higher. Israel is murdering with impunity and the world is doing absolutely nothing to stop the slaughter. It is genocide. The Bible rings true, which tells us in Revelation 17:18 that Jerusalem is the woman (the whore) that reigns over the kings of the earth. We are seeing this truth unfold before our very eyes. Israel is murdering tens of thousands of people with impunity and immunity, as the world watches in horror and are powerless to change anything.

Dear reader, what we see in Israel today is of the Devil, not a fulfillment of Bible prophecy. The phony messiah is coming to phony Israel, to manage his phony kingdom (i.e., the New World Order). When the true Messiah comes, Jesus Christ, He will reign with a rod of iron as King over the earth, from Jerusalem for 1,000 years. We've heard and seen a lot about Israel in the news in recent months. What Israel is doing to the Palestinians, murdering 22,600 so far in cold blood in Gaza, is the Devil's doing. Israel hates the poor people in Palestine and wants to genocide them all, and they are successfully doing it with impunity from the world. In the months and years ahead, you will see the total annihilation of the Palestinian people by Israel, all under the false pretense of justice. What we are seeing today is gross injustice!
